Julius Randle just completed his third consecutive game without scoring a single point in the second half. Not one. And Friday night against the Golden State Warriors was the cherry on top of this disaster sundae - 0 points, 0 rebounds, 0 assists, and 4 turnovers after halftime.

Let that sink in for a moment, folks. A $30 million player went an entire half without registering a single positive contribution to the box score. Zero across the board. The only numbers he put up were turnovers.

Thankfully, Minnesota coach Chris Finch finally made the call everyone watching at home was screaming for - he benched Randle for most of the fourth quarter. The Timberwolves had built a 23-point lead, and Randle nearly gave it all back with a disastrous five-minute stretch that saw the Warriors cut it to 10.

Here's the real problem: While Randle is out there killing spacing and clogging the paint alongside Rudy Gobert, Naz Reid sits on the bench. Reid provides exactly what franchise cornerstone Anthony Edwards needs - shooting, spacing, and the ability to stretch the floor. Instead, they're force-feeding Randle's ego at the expense of their future.

Every pundit on earth understands the issue of having Gobert and Randle on the floor at the same time in 2026. You're making your best player's life insanely difficult. Ant needs space to operate, and this frontcourt pairing provides the opposite of that.

Three straight games. Three straight second halves of absolute zeros. The numbers don't lie, and right now, they're telling us this fit is broken beyond repair.
